March 23, 2023
I initially enjoyed working for Lincoln very much. I continued to enjoy my job and coworkers throughout my tenure. I did not enjoy having a different manager each year, each of which contradicted the values and goals of the last. Additionally, they do NOT support a work/life balance; though they purport to. You will be penalized for taking PTO -no matter the reason.
Pros and Cons
Wonderful team camaraderie, good bonus
Dishonesty from management, 60 hour week expectations, ulterior motives
settlement Coordinator
Omaha, NE - March 7, 2023
I've worked at Lincoln for 13 years and have always felt that they treat their employees well. Theyve always accomodated my military career and they offer very good benefits.
Pros and Cons
Benefits and salary
Although important, it is not always the most exciting work
QA Analyst
Mesa, AZ - February 4, 2022
awful - too much pressure - manager gets all the credit as overworked workers get a pat on the back - too many people come and go - upper level don't like people to get to know each other
Pros and Cons
nice events
bad managers
