About Line Pilot

What does a Line Pilot do?

We, as line pilots, are accountable for the secured operation of corporate aircraft in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations, company regulations, local and state regulations. We, as line Pilot are assigned as Pilot Flying (PF) or Pilot Monitoring (PM) and are also responsible for additional duties as required. We also demonstrate consistent professional behavior with the organizational policies and values.

Core tasks:

  • operating for any runway lengths and flight at airports of takeoff, intended use, and landing distance needed
  • operating for aircraft performance under values of aircraft gross weight, airport elevation, runway slope, and wind
  • operating the aircraft as per the AFM, FAR, and Aperture Aviation’s SOPs
