For the most part lineage lives it’s values.
You are only valuable to the company when you’re healthy. When you get sick, the company dumps you.

I was supposed too be transferred with said company The GM at the wadell facility said some innacurate statements on The june 11 interview now i have too start over

Olathe Facility was excellent. I was treated with the utmost respect.

I was responsible for cleaning up the aisles around the warehouse and compacting trash bags. I was also responsible for doing other tasks such as helping other members with tasks they cannot do alone.
Pros and Cons
We'd have Barbeque and Pizza hang outs as a reward when we get the job done.
No cons I can think of for this job.

I got alot of experience working all areas. Such as sanitizing equipment, packing product, pallitzing & forklift operator. They will train and help you in all positions to see where you fit.

The individuals that put forth the most amount of effort and did the most amount of work were not treated fairly. Individuals that knew the least, put forth the least amount of effort, did not associate well with warehouse personnel, and held back the day to day operation were not held accountable.
Pros and Cons
Warehouse personnel did a great job.
Lack of help and lack of discipline from all management made it difficult on warehouse personnel.
