What does a Litigation Associate do?

As Litigation Associates, we are responsible for drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents. We take and defend depositions and gather useful material for litigation cases. Coordinating, collaborating, and supporting other litigation attorneys is part of daily responsibilities. We manage client database and update. Working as Litigation Associates, we organize the filing of litigation documents and processes. We also ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws related to litigation matters. We conduct research and collect evidence concerning litigation issues.
