What does a LMS Administrator do?

As LMS Administrators, we work on assignments dealing with the routine and daily company’s operation. We use and configure the Learning management system’s appearance, tabs, and settings. We also identify and communicates opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage and defects to enhance the overall output. We are responsible for maintaining procedures and policies to ensure the security and integrity of systems/networks.

Core tasks:

  • write and maintains technical procedures and policy documentation
  • provide solutions to utilize the LMS by analyzing data as an internal consultant
  • create and updates resources to train and support learners on how to use the technology for online and professional development
