As Loan Operations Specialists, we review loan files for completeness, including loan approvals, title reports, appraisals, entity documents, applications, and supporting information. We prepare requests and correspondence to obtain all the information required for the documentation while inputting all needed data into the loan origination and related systems. We also request and prepare UCC searches, verify insurance, request title searches and commitments, and review them upon receipt. We also process incoming and outgoing mail, maintain office supplies and marketing materials, assist with maintenance of facilities, and serve as a vendor liaison.
