Locums Physician Recruiter & Support Specialist Sales/Recruiting Atlanta, Georgia Cincinnati, Ohio Apply Description What is a Locums Physician Support Specialist? The Locums Physician Recruiter & Support Specialist is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, screening, nurturing, and referring locum tenens candidates for job orders at healthcare organizations in a timely manner. The Locums Physician Recruiter & Support Specialist will focus on optimizing revenue and profit potential, serve as the one-stop-support-shop for Lucidity candidates, while also supporting the efforts of our Account Managers and Business Development Managers. What can I expect in this role? Welcome each new provider to Lucidity via phone/text, email, or chat within 24 hours of the provider registering with Lucidity, probe for work preferences and qualifications Work with candidates to solve any issues they may have via phone, email, and chat Source new, highly qualified physician candidates for Lucidity Establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates within Luciditys database Consult with Credentialing team to ensure effective and timely processing for placed healthcare providers Communicate with Finance department to ensure proper documentation is provided to correctly bill the client, and pay the provider Collaborate with marketing department and new business development representatives on lead generation strategies and tactics Ensure Luciditys candidate database is consistently nurtured by updating candidate profile information and certifications Constantly look for ways to improve our candidate experience and our internal workflows Collaborate with the product team and business leaders to translate front-line feedback into new products and services Candidate Nurturing and Support Assess the fit of applicants for specific Lucidity opportunities, both locum tenens (temporary) roles as well as permanent placement opportunities Phone screen / Interview potential applicants to qualify and educate them about HCLN and Luciditys programs and locums/permanent placement opportunities Discuss specific opportunities with healthcare candidates and persuade qualified candidates to pursue available opportunities with client organizations Meet daily, weekly, and other time period activity metrics such as call volume, candidates generated, submittals, interviews and placements Receive and respond to incoming candidate inquiries from advertising campaigns and Lucidity applications Ensure completion of employment and license verifications, reference and criminal background checks, drug tests, mandatory vaccinations and physical exams Ensure the development of complete applicant and client files and maintain applicant and client computer/paper files Generate assignment-ready candidates (documents and applications complete) that dont fit our current job orders who can be marketed to prospective clients Maintain contact with active Lucidity placements Work with current and former candidates and placements to generate referrals Troubleshoot performance issues with placed/assigned healthcare professionals Perform all necessary Human Resource functions for placements including but not limited to verifying timecards, resolving payroll issues and documenting disciplinary action as necessary Assist in the Onboarding process to ensure proper information is being received by placement Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all applicable federal, state and local government, accrediting agency, and client specific contractual requirements/laws including OSHA regulations Who is the right person for this position? 3-5 years experience, including a minimum 2 years of recruiting and customer service or equivalent work experience required 2 previous healthcare staffing or relevant industry experience is preferred Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of hard work, sales success, and strong business ethic Professional persuasive and persistent personality with interpersonal communication skills Confident of handing work on an independent and autonomous level Strong proficiency in technology skills with a focus on CRM systems and web-based applications Demonstrate ability to work independently as well as with a team Energetic, highly motivated, and thrives in a fast-pace environment Must be organized, detail-oriented, highly responsive, and customer focused with solid process orientation Demonstrate adaptability to demanding business environment with changing business priorities and ability to perform outstanding work under compressed time pressures Proficient in organizational skills and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks while working independently of close supervision Ability to analyze performance and modify actions to increase productivity Why Health Carousel?
