About Logistics Management Specialist

What does a Logistics Management Specialist do?

Our principal responsibility as Logistics Management Specialists is to assist management and ensure logistical operations have been adhered to. We oversee organizations' inventories, assist in the procurement of necessary resources, coordinate transport, and safe deliveries and product distribution plans. We provide strategic planning of organizations events, monitor records, performance indicators, trends, forecast, and identify challenges curtailing achievement of set objectives. We ensure tools and equipment are availed on a timely basis to ensure activities and schedules in our organization are carried to completion. We also advise the managerial boards in our companies and facilitate staff recruitments, subcontracting necessary personnel in service delivery.
