What does a Logistics Manager do?

As Logistic Managers, we are responsible for monitoring the purchasing and distribution of products in a supply chain. We plan and manage logistics and warehouses. Transporting, directing, and optimizing the full order cycle is part of our daily responsibilities. We negotiate with suppliers, dealers, and retailers. Working as Logistic Managers, we plan and suggest the best way to transport goods. We resolve transportation problems and supervise employees. We address customer issues and develop operating strategies. We also maintain safety in the workplace.
