About Logistics Technician

What does a Logistics Technician do?

As Logistics Technicians, we perform and supervise regular inventory database transactions in order to support the movement of materials and schedule meetings or webinars with stakeholders to update them on the logistics’ progress. We also receive items and check their packages for damage and take pictures of the damaged goods to serve as visual evidence when we ask the vendor for reimbursement or replacement of the goods if the damage/scratch was too visible. We ensure that the warehousing departments follow all relevant safety regulations to avoid injuries or equipment damage.

Core tasks:

  • maintain necessary logistics’ record and reports as required
  • check and analyze records on equipment, parts, and materials
