it’s a very easy to get along with management, your family member must have had a problem with his working I am sure
A year ago
Well that person must've been a lazy worker and a procrastinator, because such people arent that big fonds of the management as the management is strict with people that lag behind their work

How long did it take for you to have a pay raise if you have had one so far?
A friend who works at this place was celebrating his increment the other day and yeah he told me he had to wait exactly 12 months for it
A year ago
Increments can take upto a year but if your performance isnt good enough you might have to wait half a year more, and yeah I wasn’t good enough in my first year and 18 months after being with the place was when I had my first increase in the pay raise
You comment as

NOPE,nobody does, you have to be an employee at the place for a year or more to have your benefits there for you

You comment as
Has working here imbalanced your work to life balance? Heard by many people it does🤔
A year ago
IT would and it does if you don’t learn to manage your hours, give it enough time and it wouldnt mess your personal life,I did just the very thing and things have been smooth for me every since

You comment as
Would they be okay with peircings?😴
