HR should investigate how some individuals receive promotions almost every year, excluding merit increases. Local employees and bosses hire their relatives and friends, leading to mutual promotions and significant merit increases.

I have loved working at the lab, but because of the changes in contractors running the labs, it can be a bumpy ride. The current director caved the ridiculous vaccine mandate and we lost some very valuable personnel because of a vaccine that does not keep you from getting sick, does not keep you from being infectious, has caused many health problems around the world and has never been fully tested. That is a foolish and unthought out decision on his part.
Pros and Cons
Lot's of great people working to defend our country and on many things to benefit the world.
The ups and downs of management shifts with every new contractor that runs the lab.
