About Loss Prevention Agent

What does a Loss Prevention Agent do?

As Loss Prevention Agents, we work to protect assets of the company and employees through awareness, prevention, communication and deterrence. Our duties include making safe apprehensions through following the apprehension guidelines and policies. We also train all new hires on loss prevention policies and procedures. Our job also covers to work closely with stores’ management to increase loss prevention maintaining operational excellence and minimizing the overall losses. We audit compliance to physical security standards as well as identify employee theft and assist in internal investigations at the direction of reporting line management. We maintain and complete case paperwork, and ensure completion in a timely manner.

Core tasks:

  • working to protect assets of the companies and the employees
