About Loss Prevention Detective

What does a Loss Prevention Detective do?

In the role of Loss Prevention Detective, we investigate and identify the dishonest members of our organisation. Our primary goal is to spread awareness among the team members and teach them to respond to emergency calls. We check the camera footage to detect shoplifters and identify suspicious activities in the shops. Functioning as Loss Prevention Detectives, we are liable for monitoring the assigned areas of stores and continuously performing security checks to ensure the safety and protection of the stores or shops and the products. We work coordinatively with the loss prevention detective teams to identify the theft attempts.

  • preparing security terms and conditions for the stores
  • supervising the newly hired detectives
  • performing continuous security checks
