As a Uniformed Service Ambassador in

Loss Prevention, you ll

Greet

customers in a timely, professional and personable manner by providing eye

contact, smiling, nodding, etc. in your designated boundariesMaintain

your professional visible presence by wearing the Nordstrom provided

security officer style uniform. This uniform resembles uniforms normally

worn by private security guardsMaintain

the general safety of customers, employees and the storeRespond

to customer s needs, provide accurate information and direct them as

neededPerform

monitoring and surveillance activitiesAssess

and assist in emergency situationsReduce

and control loss of inventory through audits, training and educationMaintain a high level of confidentiality

Have a demonstrated track record for engaging with

customers in a polite, professional

an awareness of merchandise available in the departments so you can direct

customers as needed. Can
