Some co-workers are good, others not. It's a doggy eat doggy world, due to being new to sewing co-workers will rush you and when a mistake is made, they make fun of you. Management is about the numbers straight out of training. Pay roll makes mistakes on pay and takes several weeks to straighten out. A lot of negativity from HR, but great smiles.

Pros and Cons
Great lunch room

I’ve been working for Louis Vuitton in Guam for 7 years and I loved it. Management and colleagues are amazing people. They looked up their employees. Working at Louis Vuitton is a challenging job that needed to reach a monthly goals. I was able to be a top 3 seller since I started working. I learned so much from this company. Product training was my favorite part of my job. As a matter of fact Louis Vuitton is the best in customer service among the other luxury branded companies. Too sad that my job is ended due to pandemic crisis.

Pros and Cons
Birthday gift, free food for monthly meetings & holidays.
Political.

A seasonal selection of fun. They were creative, knowledgeable with simple elegance. I love it. All the employees were super hard core competitive but sweet and helpful and very friendly.

I learned a lot about luxury sales. The training was great. My manager was not the best but I could always find answers through the company website or call a manager from another store. The company did keep changing their bonus structure to make it more difficult to obtain a well deserved bonus.

Pros and Cons
Great luxury sales training
My only complaint is that I had a bad manager
