Not a supportive place to work. Too much expected for the pay. Not a team playing company.

I started out as a cashier/cook at the restaurant. I moved up to Asst. Manager of Hardee’s and them Manager of Petro’s/Godfathers. I worked everyday, a lot of doubles, opening to close, weekends and all. After my co-worker (Hardee’s RGM) hired a girl and moved her into her house, she started turning on me and made my life miserable. If you disagree with upper management, they will turn on you and have you quit or fire you. No support, no help, you are on your own at this place. I loved my job at first, people change you along the way without you even knowing you’re changing. I do not support anyone working here. The turn over rate is over 100%. They have gone through 4 managers of the place in 2 years. It’s just a bad place to work. Stay away from Mt Juliet, TN LOVES.

Pros and Cons
Great insurance
Bad attitudes and work environment

I worked for this company on and off for 6 years. I left repeatedly because I was often overlooked for promotions and the pay wasn't up to par with all the work they required me to do. There should be hazard pay involved as you will be cleaning up the excrement and bodily fluids of others (often) and the truck drivers leave their fluids everywhere, including in milk jugs that will be in random trash cans throughout the property. You won't just be a cashier and "working your wage" will get you fired cause they expect you to do things outside of your job description just to get noticed.

Pros and Cons
It's a job, you'll get paid
it's disgusting, the customers, the management, no hazard pay, too high of expectations for the pay

I was working third shift at the same time covid hit. I was hired to work at subway but i mainly worked in the store until someone needed food and a few hours before time for me to go i would rush n do all my work in restaurant. Lots of interesting people that time of night. I liked it

Pros and Cons
Laid back, casual uniform
Management didn't work as a team. Too busy pointing finger instead of correcting issue

Essentially what transpired on the date of my termination was unprofessional...... unwarranted and unlawful. I was called by my GM and told I was fired,I asked why and was told it was because I followed the MOD on my shifts orders. I have to go to an appellate court with loves and unemployment commission just to prove I was not in the wrong but infact, the GM was found guilty of wrong doing. The day after I won unemployment hearing, the GM calls the authorities and tries to have my served with a no trespass order. I never had any incident with anyone on or off the property. This store is starving for reliable employees yet, even though I won my hearing I'm still NOT REHIRE ABLE . I absolutely loved my job at loves.it was a forever job for me. I was robbed of my career by someone with a personal agenda in the work place. Still devistated til this day

Pros and Cons
Great company to work for. Online portal is finominal.
Environment is one of the high school hallways

The store manager and assistant manager saw potential and took a chance by hiring me. I came on as a part time cashier. The team is supportive and very helpful. They will have your back and help you go where you want to go within the company. I'm now training for Shift Lead with the help of the manager and assistant manager. Everyday is a great day at work as long as you like to have fun.

Pros and Cons
Employee discount, opportunity to move up
Have to do clean a lot of showers
