Give my company 36 years and now they are going to close the doors, everything you learned and gave is now gone. My company gave me a lot back, but bad market and bad decisions. Going to miss the people.

Baler Operator
Spartanburg, SC - August 12, 2021
Low pay and they expect you to go over and beyond to keep company running with non to little maintenance work on balers. Job has more responsibility then put on. Also they give you more jobs to do that nobody else will do and of course NO more pay once you reach top pay. Nothing never worked as it properly should have and you still required to figure it out on your own without help. Job was Great at first but over time they just use and abuse you and yes you work alone so don’t expect a helping hand to get a 100 jobs done in 8-12 hrs. We worked everyday with two days off every 19 days. So if your weak this job was Definitely Not for you!!
Pros and Cons
No supervision which is a a pro and con at the same time bc some people took advantage.
Having to do other people work from other shifts because no supervision.
Harrisonburg, VA - May 14, 2021
Great company and benefits. Terribly managed to the point it’s unbearable there in the summer. It’s so hot. The revenue yearly should allow for temperature control. It’s books!
Pros and Cons
Pay and Benefits
Doesn’t take care of employees at all!
