Luminex

With a team that was mostly older than me by ten years plus and always working with their head down, afraid to lose their job; being the new guy was difficult. Most of the leadership and management all knew each other outside of work and before Luminex. It was never a matter of promoting from within, it was a matter of who I know; whether or not they were qualified. Then when it is said loud and outwardly, "Why is he so [expletive] slow", I have issues. With less than 2 month experience, lack of training, and management saying, "You are all adults, I'm sure you can handle it". Choices have to be made.
