Luxottica is a good company. I was there for 11 years. It can be fun and very lucrative. I absolutely love Luxottica.

I think almost all of us would still be there if not for the Plant Closures that took place across the company.

Overall good groups of people that worked for me as well as good support from others in Mgmt.

my time at luxottica was actually decent. I would come back because the people treated me with the same type of respect I gave them. Management allowed me to work because they knew I could produce the numbers and quality. If there was a problem or issue I knew I could rely on my PT, Team lead and supervisor to help me overcome whatever obstacle I might have been facing, whether it was at home or work.

Decent hours, Experienced trainers, free lunch.
horrible parking. room for growth is lengthy.
