Position Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the orientation and ongoing training of Medical Assistants, Clinic LVN's and Clinic RN's.Coordinate, collects and reports data identified as Clinic Services Performance Improvement projects. Oversees the clinical point of care laboratory records and annual proficiency testing by each clinic.The Clinic LVN or RN duties are performed under the direction and supervision of a physician according to current policies, procedures, legal and safety standards.Duties include, but are not limited to, those outlined in Standard X Technical Skills of the Annual Performance/Competency Evaluation.
Licensed in the State of California as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Current CPR Certification One year's experience in a clinic or physician's office preferred. Excellent organizational skills Computer skills Demonstrates ability to perform all proficiency and competencies associated with scope of practice Demonstrated leadership ability
