On the upside, the people who were in charge, and caused all of the problems, were forced out shortly after they layed me off.
In truth, being let go was the best thing that could have happened to me.
However, I do, sincerely, hope the new management is better, and if so, I hope they are doing well. I genuinely do not hold any hard feelings towards the company.
Pros and Cons
Outside ofvthe people in charge, the rest were great to work with.
Dealing with poor management (although, they are gone now)

People are ok, never had an issue. However, definitely has that sink or swim vibe, you have jump in & take your job by the reins. You definitely have to feel you way through some parts of the job. Small office environment, not a lot of chitchat.
