About Mailer

What does a Mailer do?

Working as Mailers, our primary responsibility is to respond to the incoming mails and organise the outgoing mails for maintaining proper alignment between them. We store and keep proper records of the incoming mails in the appropriate department and the locations. We also prepare appealing envelopes and packages for the mails that are set to be delivered at their appropriate locations. In the role of Mailer, we are accountable for keeping proper records of the mailing addresses and the given descriptions by the customers. We ensure the proper performance of work without any issues to satisfy our customers and build their trust.

  • putting the magazines and newspapers that need to be mailed or send out
  • arranging the mails delivery boxes
  • distributing the mails among the right individuals
