What does a Maintainer do?
As Maintainers, we are responsible for performing various tasks including plumbing work, painting, flooring repair, and electrical repairs. We inspect different equipment and perform basic repair operations as required. We conduct routine inspections of premises and perform preventive maintenance tasks. Handling basic repair and maintenance operations is one of our daily responsibilities. We diagnose mechanical issues and correct them. Working as Maintainers, we repair machines and equipment, structures, and tools as necessary. We assist with the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems. We also inspect alarm systems, perform manual repairs, and assist in budget preparation.
