About Maintenance Superintendent

What does a Maintenance Superintendent do?

As Maintenance Superintendents, we are responsible for coordinating maintenance teams, including rental housing maintenance, commercial facility maintenance, and janitorial. We oversee the maintenance operations. We assist with team management and performance reviews. Assisting in recruitment and training of new employees is also a part of our duty. We coordinate with commercial facility maintenance. We perform regular plumbing and carpentry services as well. Working with Maintenance Superintendents, we are responsible for supervising the fleet of vehicles and warehouse equipment. We assist in team-leading duties when the staff is absent or during peak times. We perform routine electric repairs. Finally, we have hands-on support for job requests.
