Job tasks include maintaining preventative maintenance, troubleshooting. and repair of electrical and mechanical (including building, plumbing and HVAC) at our facilities and documenting all work (data entry into the maintenance software program).

Working as Maintenance Technicians, we are responsible for maintaining the electrical systems, circuits, and sockets. We have the ability to conduct building surveys for ensuring that the safety measures and standards are being followed throughout the construction of systems. In the role of Maintenance Technician, we accountable for inspecting the protection of alarm systems. After analyzing the systems and buildings, we schedule their repairs. We provide assistance in the preparation of budgets for each project. We work collaboratively as a part of the repair workers team.
