In the role of Major Account Representative, our primary responsibility is to effectively coordinate the client projects within the company. We work internally and externally in accordance with the company's principles and laws. We provide continuous support in training the customers by responding to their queries and staying involved in their current issues. Working as Major Account Representatives, we have the ability to oversee the management of customer's projects. We define all the changes that are made as per the test results in the existing reports. We participate in the staff meetings for communicating the customer’s goals and main concerns. We work collaboratively with the team members for processing high levels of company service.
