As Managed Service Consultants, we discover ongoing success criteria for clients, delivering the platform configuration to fit client's business needs based on the global best practices. We work closely with the internal team, including the Success Manager, Sales, and Enablement consultant. The Managed Services Consultants identify platform gaps and optimization opportunities, designing and configuring the appropriate solution to fulfill client expectations regarding platform use cases and functionality. We maintain platform importance, ensure that all client users are trained, educated, and up to date on platform use, best practices, and functionality. We issue oversight on any additional enablement of the software deployment to align with current architecture and future client needs.
Core tasks:
- ensure that every client derive the most value possible from the platform
- aid the Sales and Success Teams in providing insight to client health
- contribute 90% retention goal by delivering continuous product expertise support
- secure a minimum of 7.5 out of 10 CHI score per customer
