What does a Management Assistant do?

As Management Assistants, we are responsible for the organization of all the management and clerical tasks. We also arrange meetings and appointments, prepare essential documents, records and write reports. We perform basic HR tasks such as employee shift scheduling and supervising new-employee onboarding and training.

  • actively organizing management's scheduling requirements
  • arranging and facilitating meetings, ensuring all parties can attend
  • preparing document for external or internal communications
