Management Assistant

As Management Assistants, we are responsible for the organization of all the management and clerical tasks. We also arrange meetings and appointments, prepare essential documents, records and write reports. We perform basic HR tasks such as employee shift scheduling and supervising new-employee onboarding and training.

Core tasks:

• actively organizing management's scheduling requirements
• arranging and facilitating meetings, ensuring all parties can attend
• preparing document for external or internal communications
• analyzing data and developing reports to deliver to top management
• planning firm's events or communications that upper management has created
