What does a Management Associate do?

As Management Associates, we manage executives and other team member calendars. We prepare the schedule of different external and internal meetings. We make sure effective use of executive's plus varied team members' time and analyze the proper use of time and required attendance. We coordinate and schedule travel, stay, and other requirements for executives and other team members.

Core tasks:

  • ensuring travel arrangements for all meeting attendees
  • securing an appropriate venue for management meetings
  • negotiating with external venues
  • providing critical analysis of strategic concepts
  • identifying control business risks and leverage opportunities
