About
Description
Working as Engineering Managers, we are responsible for managing the engineering projects of our customers. Oversee the performance of our team members and track the progress of projects daily. We stay involved in civil, electrical or mechanical parts of engineering projects. Functioning as Engineering Managers, we are accountable for preparing budgets for each engineering project and discussing it with the directors of our department. We determine the areas of improvement in the existing engineering projects and provide recommendations for improving them. Which train and mentor the newly hired members and also guide them throughout their work.
Core tasks:
- building training plans for our teams
- providing proper instructions to the team members
- conducting research about the engineering designs
- providing suggestions for improving the existing engineering projects
- supervising our teams
