What does a Management Intern do?

As management interns, we have the opportunity to participate in projects that require leadership skills and problem solving, preparing us to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives in the future. We get to gain hands-on industry experience, and apply our classroom knowledge to real-world situations. Internship programs are offered by a wide range of organizations. They are designed for undergraduates or recent graduates, and generally last 10-12 weeks.

  • interacting with a wide range of executives and associates
  • participating in projects that develop management skills
