About Management Trainee

What does a Management Trainee do?

As Management Trainees, we work under the supervision of managers and executives within the organizations. We work closely with senior personnel and gain the knowledge required to run a company smoothly. We complete all assigned tasks and travel to offices and update records. Preparing documentation and providing support and suggestions for improvements is part of our daily responsibilities. We participate in meetings and workshops and observe company policies and protocols. We follow all company regulations and safety codes. Working as Management Trainees, we take notes and liaise with managers.
