MTC effectively manages Job Corps, correctional, medical, and foreign workforce development contracts for disadvantaged populations. MTC's track record of honesty, leadership, performance and innovation has earned it the distinction of being the biggest Job Corps operator and the third-largest operator of private adult correctional institutions in the United States. MTC now employs over 9,000 individuals worldwide who identify the learning potential of others. MTC fosters environments in which learning is valued and promoted.
