Job Description

Manages the operations of the Business Systems Analysis team. Serves as a liaison between the Business and Application Development teams to ensure that development initiatives meet business objectives. The initial point of contact for the teams requesting modifications or new features to existing systems and will provide guidance in developing functionality that matches current system features. Coordinates activities to implement software development practices including template development and roll out of collaboration practices. Manages day-to-day administrative issues, reviews action plans and project deliverables from analysts. Provides guidance on project tasks and activities to analysts. Coordinate activities in the deployment and implementation of a product knowledge base. Provides subject matter expertise on a consulting basis on multiple projects. Responsible for objective setting for team members, hiring and coaching members of the team and supporting them on their projects. Responsible for working with other teams within the company to improve efficiencies of the software development process and introduce improvements that will reduce the development lifecycle.

  • Leads the operations of the Business Analysis team for SAP, Project & Portfolio Management and Reporting (Business Intelligence).
  • Leads the operations of the Contract team to load all contracts daily to SAP.
  • Manages the overall business unit product roadmap for Corporate Systems
  • Drives continuous improvement through business process reengineering, technology and integrated systems.
  • Leads communication plans to align organizations across the business through change management, adoption, and effective communications.
  • Using creativity and innovation, the successful candidate should be able to architect business processes through product evangelism, internal marketing, and application development.
  • Ability to construct and deliver presentations to executive leaders, driving change in internal processes and systems. 
  • Ability to translate complex detailed processes to executive level presentations.
  • Ability to build networks with interpersonal skills while aligning strategic direction. 
  • SAP business knowledge required.  Industrial engineering or Six Sigma a plus.  Reporting a plus, specifically in QlikView or QlikSense.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Masters Degree Preferred 

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 8 years related experience; minimum 5 years prior management/supervisory experience preferred. Advanced computer software skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously; ability to delegate work to subordinate employees; proven leadership ability.
