What does a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis do?

In the role of Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, our main responsibility is to manage the accounting and finance departments of the company. We oversee the execution and implementation of plans in the finance and accounting department. We coordinate with the staff members and the supervisors of these departments for understanding their prepared reports. Functioning as Managers, Financial Planning & Analysis, we are liable for performing financial and accounting analysis of the plans for identifying the issues in them and verifying their accuracy. We also provide guidance to the members of both the departments and address their queries.

Core tasks:

  • conducting financial meetings with the team members
  • assisting the staff with the performance of work
  • overseeing the prepared financial audit reports
  • providing recommendations for improvement
  • conducting meetings with the chairman of the company
