Thisposition works in partnership with the Market HR Director of the Salt Lake Cityoffice to drive a meaningful colleague experience across the office, inpartnership with the SLC Market Executive Team. Specifically, this position develops and executes strategies andinitiatives to deliver a great colleague experience, grow the best talent andunlock enterprise value by developing new ways of working. Specifically,responsibilities in these areas include the following:
Grow the Best Talent
Supports development, exposure, and growth oftop talent, leveraging different initiatives happening within the marketincluding:
Partner with the Market HR Director to preparemeaningful data around key B40+ talent, then engage the MET and talentchampions in discussions around key talent
Own initiatives which support the growth anddevelopment of key talent segments at the B35 and below level (e.g., Herstory).
Work as a talent advocate and broker betweenhiring leaders and market colleagues to help find mutual fit
Advocate for top talent to have opportunities toparticipate in community events (such as Leadership Communities, Own My Career,leadership panels, training opportunities, etc.)
Refresh and build upon the existing developmentstrategy, taking input from the Colleague Experience Survey, the MarketExecutive Team, and other listening posts or needs analyses, to ensure robustemployee development that drives key business outcomes. This includes leadingthe planning and execution of market-wide development events and the Own MyCareer event.
Colleague Experience
Works inpartnership with the Market Executive Team and market engagement lead to designand implement the engagement strategy for the market
Leads Colleague Experience Survey analysis, actionplanning and tracking for the Market
Supports engagement initiatives inpartnership with and sponsored by the MET
Works in partnership with local colleague networks to promoteengagement and drive increased inclusion and diversity across the market
Unlock Value
Partner with business leaders across the marketto identify opportunities to perform work more effectively and efficiently.
One AXP
Supports all other initiatives, as needed, whichdrive a consistent and meaningful colleague experience across the SLC market.
Qualifications
Required
5+ years of experience in progressively responsible positions
Experience in Human Resources, particularly in generalist roles
Demonstrated competency in change management and reporting/analysis
Coupled with process excellence, an ability and willingness to identify and call out inefficiencies and errors and work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve
Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and complete project-based work
Ability to work collaboratively toward a common goal with multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders
Functional knowledge of MSFT tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Preferred
Experience using Tableau (or other software solutions) for data visualization and reporting
Experience and expertise in talent management, compensation, performance management, learning and development and employee relations
Masters degree in business, HR, or related field
