Come build your future with us!AWI is currently seeking a Commercial Solutions Manager to join our Sales team in the Mountain Central Region covering Colorado, Wyoming, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and NW Arkansas.The Commercial Solutions Manager will mainly be responsible for managing the Architectural Specialties product line on the largest & most significant projects. Additionally, the Commercial Solutions Manager will focus on increasing both sales and profitability on all Architectural Specialties products._Note_: Ideal locations for this position include Denver, CO, Kansas City, MO or St. Louis, MO.*Responsibilities of the Commercial Solutions Manager*:* Identifying key projects early in design while owning & driving these projects from concept to order closure/final installation* Work closely with Project Architects, Design Build Contractors, General Contractors, Construction Managers, Developers, and Owners* Leverage design services within the You Inspire Solutions Center, pre-engineered integrated solutions, construction expertise, and broad portfolio of ceiling and wall solutions* Integrate with the Area Sales Manager and the local sales teams in their designated areas to capture Armstrong comprehensive line of solutions*Required Education and Qualifications of the Commercial Solutions Manager:** College degree is required* Minimum 5 years commercial building product sales experience, preferably in interior product finishes* Proficiency in MS Office applications (Windows-based), PowerPoint, Excel, BlueBeam, Adobe Acrobat* Proficiency in reading bid documents & architectural drawings*Preferred Qualifications of the Commercial Solutions Manager:** Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple relationships and priorities* Team player oriented - motivated to achieve own objectives, but puts highest priority on team goals* Working knowledge/experience of the architectural design process, commercial construction, contracting and distribution*Why Armstrong World Industries?*Armstrong World Industries, Inc.
