Come build your future with us!Our Sales team is currently seeking a Full Line Sales Manager to drive improvement in business results within the Kentucky and Evansville, Indiana markets. As Full Line Sales Manager, you will ultimately be responsible for interacting with architects, distributors, contractors, owners, and facility managers to influence the specification and purchase of Armstrong commercial ceiling systems.You will also be accountable for meeting or exceeding sales budget with regard to price, volume, and mix.*_Note_**:* Relocation assistance is available to the Louisville, KY area for this position. Up to 25% will be required.*Responsibilities of the Full Line Sales Manager*:* Achieve territory's goals in sales volume, mix, new products, and pricing* Influence people who make buying and selling decisions and positive influence on others'* Assist architects and designers in writing specifications for Armstrong commercial ceilings, grid, and wall systems with an emphasis on gaining competitive advantage* Develop productive relationships with key distributor, contractor, and Armstrong personnel* Collaborate with AWI team members and distributors, tracks projects to establish plans for selling Armstrong products in these buildings* Works with customers to comply with AWI product specifications* Grow the business by increasing and maintaining market share and by creating customer value and competitive advantages*Required Qualifications and Education of the Full Line Sales Manager:** Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent education and experience* Demonstrated ability and experience to effectively manage multiple relationships and priorities* Ability to quickly gain knowledge of market segments, customers, and distribution channels* Proven ability and experience to plan effectively, short- and long-term* Proficient with Microsoft Windows applications*Preferred Qualifications of the Full Line Sales Manager:** USGBC LEED Professional Certification* Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM System* Working knowledge and experience with construction, contracting, distribution, specification sales, and commercial building products* Demonstrated experience and proven success in architectural selling*Why Armstrong World Industries?*Armstrong World Industries, Inc.
