Do you have what it takes? + Have the flexibility to work a varied schedule. + Work with a high level of autonomy at our customers locations with your team of Inventory Counters. + Recruit, hire, train and manage a team of Inventory Counters. + Provide world class customer service to both new and existing retail customers. + Establish and maintain effective business relationships with retail customers. Experience working in the retail, restaurant, military, retail inventory, merchandising, warehouse and other similar industries are a plus! Qualifications: + A Bachelor's degree or equivalent supervisory experience. + A desire to learn the inventory business and the drive to reach for promotional opportunities. + Strong organizational, analytical, self management and goal setting skills. + Ability to build and lead a highly successful and dedicated team. + A high level of computer literacy. + Current and uninterrupted licensed driving experience for the previous 5 years without accidents or driving infractions in the last 24 months. Direct or coordinate production, processing, distribution, or marketing activities of industrial organizations.
Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, or other operational reports to detect production problems.
Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
