Job Description

AC Products, Inc. (acpi) is the largest independent manufacturer and distributor of cabinets in the United States with 14 brands serving the stock and semi-custom, framed and frameless cabinetry markets. acpi has been owned by American Industrial Partners (AIP) since October, 2012. Headquartered in The Colony, Texas, acpi has 11 manufacturing operations across Pennsylvania, Indiana, Texas, Minnesota, Colorado, Oregon, and California.Key Responsibilities of the Single-Family Sales Account Manager:* Supports, assists and reports to Regional Manager (RM) in achieving defined goals for region, Single Family Builder segment and ACPI* Works closely with RM to identify Single family Builder, develop account action plans, and assure customer product mix goals* Identifies and prospects potential Single Family Builder opportunities for assigned accounts within the marketplace* Drives sales growth of the total ACPI offering with new and existing Single Family customer accounts in your defined area* Develops and maintains positive customer relationships and long term partnerships through positive selling, continuous customer training, and world class customer service.* Coaches and assists Builder Employees with design tips, product knowledge training, and selling skills.* Keeps all customer personnel up to date on all of ACPI product offerings, marketing materials, promotions, and other information as required.* Completes administrative activities including salesforce.com, expense reports, and other paper required by RM and ACPI in a timely manner.* Actively champions policies that support the needs of ACPI, our customers, and our customers' customers.* Ability to travel as your business needs require. Approximate travel currently anticipated for this position is 50-75% including some overnights each month.* Consistently and aggressively reinforce our business model of High Quality, Great Value, Peace of Mind* Other duties as may be assigned by RMRequired Qualifications of the Single-Family Sales Account Manager:* 3+ years' experience in outside sales in the cabinet industry is required with a focus on selling Single Family Builder market.* 3+ years' experience and knowledge of high volume cabinetry sales is required* 3+ years' experience in securing opportunities to quote on customer requirements, following-up on quotations submitted to customers, and closing sales orders* 3+ years' experience pull through selling* Ability to read blue prints and assist customers* Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills* Outstanding consultative and convincing selling skills.* Basic knowledge of design, fashion, and trends in the cabinet industry* Basic computer skills in MS Office Software is required* Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a required driving recordDesired Qualifications of the Single-Family Sales Account Manager:* Bachelor's degreeACProducts, Inc.
