Increases mobile sales, market share, and gross profit ensuring that specific individual and regional sales/marketing objectives are establishedand met. Primary Responsibilities + Responsible for representing the Company in a positive professional manner at all Company functions. This encompasses any time customers, potential customers, manufacturer s representatives or suppliers are present and includes proper dress attire andsocial behavior. + Attends and participates in all sales meetings, weekly conference calls, and trade shows working with mobile sales management and marketing to develop regional and individual targets, to design and implement sales strategies for the territory, and to recommendnew product selection for ease of sales, quality, and durability. + Meets or exceeds individual goals in such areas as sales, market share, and gross profit share. + Coordinates all mobile sales and marketing to new and established customers in the assigned area ensuring that all customers are provided with superior information and support. This includes presenting new products and programs to accounts and developingstrategic plans for and with major accounts. + Provides the appropriate oral and/or written communication to external and internal customers, such as gathering and reporting on market conditions, competitor activities, and competitive pricing. + Completes all administrative duties and submits appropriate paperwork, i.e. sales reports, expense reports, returns, etc. in a timely fashion. + Effectively utilizes available training and tools (email, Sales and Warranty Manuals, program sheets, etc.) provided. + Contributes to the Company team effort by encouraging involvement and participating on team projects. + Observes and enforces all Company rules and safety practices. + Within the knowledge, skill, and/or ability of the individual, performs such other duties as shall be required by management. Knowledge/Skills/Ability/Other + Must have automotive aftermarket knowledge + Must have an understanding of channel distribution + Good oral and written communication skills Education/Experience + BA/BS in Business/Marketing preferred.
