Job Summary

Assignments require knowledge of a full range of ISR and Collection Management related concepts, principles, and practices and skills in applying this knowledge to challenging, multi‐agency work assignments. A thorough knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for developing new or modified work methods, innovative approaches, alternatives uses of new or available data sources or procedures, and to identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions to issues and/or problems.

** Position is contingent on contract award. **

Qualifications and Skills

  • Candidate is recognized based on their technical expertise and performance of requirements similar to those stipulated by the USCENTCOM J2 Intelligence Support Services. Those requirements/work areas include:
  • Conducting all-source analysis of the USCENTCOM AOR by gathering and analyzing information.
  • Supporting and performing TMT, E-Task, JSAPs, and other associated tasking mechanisms, content management, or other functions, including support to meeting, conferences, and working groups as required.
  • Engaging with analysts, determining intelligence needs to identify and develop possible collection postures and strategies, and converting these intelligence needs into collection requirements
  • Supporting solicitation, coordination, research, de-conflicting, creation/registration, prioritization, and validation of multiple intelligence (GEOINT, MASINT, HUMINT, and SIGINT) discipline collection requirements management, including issuing trackers and requirements tracker (internal) and collection requirement programs of record.
  • Translating received requirements into discipline-specific language in accordance with SOPs and Combat Support Agency guidance.
  • Researching and managing USCENTCOM Theater priorities or IC priorities and guidance to align USCENTCOM collection requests with priorities, and balancing time sensitive requests with standing collection requirements to ensure appropriate deployment of ISR assets.
  • Monitoring and routinely providing updates to requestors on the status of USCENTCOM collection requirements, to include adjusting requirements to ensure optimal deployment of limited assets.
  • Soliciting, assessing, reviewing, and publishing HUMINT Intelligence Report Evaluations form customer analytic teams 
  • Developing requested products which reflect current and future collection operations and postures for the USCENTCOM AOR and, when requested, providing input to policy, procedures, and doctrine relating to collection operations

Experience Required

  • Compliance with training and qualification standards as stipulated in the HQ DIA Certified CM Professional-Fundamentals (CCMP-F). Unless already certified under the CCMP-F program, certain positions require CCMP-F exam within 12 months of hire.
  • If your position does not require the CCMP-F, current Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (or higher DIE Certification) or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire (https://dodcertpmo.defense.gov/IFPC/).
  • Must be knowledgeable and well versed in analytic tradecraft and experienced in continuously accessing, reviewing, collating, corroborating, analyzing and maintaining a wide variety of all-source intelligence reports, finished intelligence products/reports and intelligence/operational data necessary for the J2 to fulfill its intelligence analysis, production, application and dissemination responsibilities, which include written and/or oral delivery.
  • Must be willing to work rotating shifts and be willing and able to deploy for up to 179 days to the USCENTCOM AOR as determined by the Program Manager and Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
  • Must be willing to live and work in a potential hostile environment as designated by the U.S. Government.
  • Must have a Current U.S. Passport that will not expire within 6-Months of Start Date
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite, or experience with standard analytical search engines or public source databases is a plus.
  • Expert in applying the Intelligence Community (IC) Analytic Standards in each analytic product in a manner appropriate to its purpose, the type and scope of its underlying source information, its production timeline, and its customer.
  • Strong briefing, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.


  • Experience in either Afghanistan, Iraq/SWA regional/political/military issues
  • Combatant Command or equivalent experience.

Clearance Requirement

  • Active Top Secret Level Clearance with SCI Access.
  • Must have a Current In-Scope Polygraph or be willing to take the exam prior to Start Date.
