I originally applied to be a customer service representative. After answering a few questions and taking a short test they promoted me to manager trainee. During this time I trained under a successful branch manager for six months then I was promoted to my own office. After work being incredibly hard with very long hours I was promoted to a different state with a larger branch. The workflow of the day is fast paced and very intense. Do you have goals and if you don’t meet them they will find someone who will. With that being said I think If you are willing to work hard you can make really , really good money. I ended up leaving the company to start my own business. From the skills that I gathered from working at Tower Loan.
Pros and Cons
Occasional free lunch, profit-sharing, salary, petty cash, incentive pay, bonus structure, ect
Little to no work life balance. Not for the faint of heart.
