Working as Managing Consultants, we are tasks with solving management problems daily. Our role qualifies us to attach with a company or work on our own. We are summoned when the company finds it difficult to make sales, or need to deal with employee delinquency, customer loss or even threatened bankruptcy. With the use of modern innovations and expertise, we strive to resolve our client's challenges.

Core tasks:

• identify issues hindering the goals of the client and recommend possible solutions
• keep clients informed of progress
• effective decision making
• interview staff, management team and stakeholders and analyze findings
• outline the work scope and draft schedules, milestones, and requisite resources to meet the project goals
• review company data like financial statements, payroll information, or existing computer systems
• facilitate business development activities
