What does a Managing Director do?

Fulfilling the role of Managing Director, our main purpose is to lead and control all business operations. We give strategic guidance and direction to the board to ensure that the company achieves its vision, mission, and long-term goals. For this purpose, we develop and implement strategic plans and company policies. We have a key responsibility for overall business performance. Overseeing business operations, financial performance, and investments are also on the agenda of Managing Directors. We liaise with stakeholders and drive organizational success.

  • give strategic advice to the chairman and board members
  • develop, execute, and monitor business strategies and plans
  • report to the board, annual reporting
  • keep relevant stakeholders informed of developments
