About Managing Principal

What does a Managing Principal do?

As Managing Principals, we are responsible for managing client relations and providing strategic directions in the educational system. We develop standardized curricula, assess teaching methodologies, monitor student achievements, and revise policies and procedures. Administering the budget, hiring and evaluating staff, and encouraging parent involvement are part of our daily responsibilities. We identify new growth opportunities and supervise new PS offering development. We prepare final documents for formal offerings and develop statements of work for complex engagements. Working as Managing Principals, we review work statements and develop opportunities to allow for progression to deal with closure points.
