We appropriately escalate issues that require decisional action to keep routing operations. We respond to off-hour alerts assigned by the manufacturing management team. Transferring pass down information between shifts is also a part of our duty. We manufacture optimal custom gene products according to proven SOPs in the MFG labs. Working as Manufacturing Supervisors, we are responsible for maintaining detailed documentation of all work produced in batch records. We record and submit incident reports. Finally, we review and verify the production of batch products.
