Marathon Petroleum Corporation (MPC) is a supreme, unified, approaching energy company. The headquarters of MPC is in Findlay, Ohio. The nation’s largest refining system is employed by MPC with more than 3 million barrels per day of crude oil capacity across 16 refineries. The core valves of MPC are associated with safety and environmental management, unity, respect, inclusion and partnership. MPC was founded in 1887 in the form of the Ohio oil company and later evolved into Marathon Petroleum corporation. MPC was rewarded with the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) annual award in 2018 and 2020. MPC saves energy, lessen emissions and conserves wildlife. MPC owns 16 refineries with a total crude oil throughput of 2,913,900 barrels per calendar day.
