Job Description

The role of a Project Manager is to effectively deliver market research projects in a way that consistently results in the highest level of customer satisfaction for both internal and external clients, while maintaining the speed and accuracy required in a dynamic environment.

Our Project Managers use our internal tools and processes to ensure all projects are executed successfully from start to finish. The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

SHIFT: Friday - Monday Evening Shift

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains full project ownership in delivering (but not limited to) low to mid-complexity custom market research projects with a project duration typically between 24 hours to one month
  • Manages stakeholder expectations and delivers the highest level of service in an ever-changing, fast turnaround environment
  • Builds an effective, professional working relationship with our clients, providing them guidance and advice where appropriate as it relates to Dynata's products and services
  • Ensures project task activities are completed through personal production, internal support teams (such as Survey Programming and Sales), and vendors (such as translators, etc.)
  • Tasks may include:
    • Testing online survey links
    • Sampling
    • Setting-up and monitoring reports to evaluate key project metrics
    • Ensuring quality measures are followed
    • Updating clients regularly on project progress
    • Ensuring key project performance metrics such as project profitability meet or exceed established guidelines
  • Proactively anticipates, troubleshoots, overcomes, and/or escalates project challenges in a timely manner
  • Effectively communicates both as an individual and as part of a client-facing project team
  • Ensures survey quality using current market research methodologies
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Account or Project Management experience is beneficial
  • Experience in market research strongly desired
